2. What does your 50-point inspection cover?
Our comprehensive 50-point inspection includes both the interior and exterior of your home. We check for things like:

  • Exterior: Roof damage, gutter debris, secure doors/windows, fences, and gates.

  • Interior: Leaks, appliance function, pest signs, heating/cooling systems, and more.

  • Plumbing: Sink and toilet leaks, water pressure, and drainage.

  • Electrical: Functional outlets, lights, and signs of electrical issues.

  • Security: Door and window locks, signs of forced entry, and alarm system checks.


3. How often should I schedule home watch services?
The frequency depends on your specific needs and how long you'll be away. We recommend at least bi-weekly visits for regular inspections and prompt identification of any issues. We strongly advise homeowners to check their insurance policies and speak to their broker to find out what the required amount of time a “responsible person” is expected to be in the home for their specific insurance coverage.

4. What happens if there’s an emergency while I’m away?
In case of an emergency, such as a storm, break-in, or serious maintenance issue, we act quickly to secure your property. We follow a detailed emergency preparedness plan and communicate directly with you to discuss next steps.
